At Josluirey Automobilia, each piece is handcrafted and built to order using custom-selected automotive components, finishes, and materials. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, and photos carefully before placing an order. Many items are created using donor automotive components and handcrafted processes, meaning slight variations, imperfections, or differences may naturally occur and are considered part of the character and authenticity of the piece.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and damage so a freight claim can be initiated if applicable.

Custom orders, commissioned pieces, deposits, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
